Surface Cargo
Feds Delivery handles most of their short-distanced bulk load by this mode only unless specified, which is most economical door to door product through rail or road. All processes are same as earlier, only customer have to submit several Inter-state permits & forms to clear the load at check-posts. Surface mode could be of two types (a) By Bus/Vehicle on road and (b) By Rail on track. Delivery would be 2/3 days more than the normal delivery andsolely depend on the subjects on the road..
Air Cargo
At Feds Delivery, Cargo means heavy load or security item say electronic components which are, according to rules and subjective of Indian Airlines, to be passed through a certain "Cooling period". Generally the difference between Air Express and Air Cargo is one day and the latter one is for price sensitive segment. Minimum weight should be 10 Kgs.
